Locally harvested frogs legs anyone? Taken by pellet gun from Two Holes Pond, East Hampton.
Freshly harvested deer proteins for lunch. Liver, heart, backstrap.
Goose breast pastrami. Generously prepared by EHSA member. Slice thin and eat plain or on cracker.
